Every media outlet, every “online personality” and anyone who owns a smartphone and engages in social media, whether they have any authority on topic or not, can now appoint themselves as experts on vocal performances. The widespread negative criticism that has become commonplace, comes at price to artists of all levels and the creation of authentic art.

This video addresses holding on to your art in the face of critics and a call to artists to offer support and appreciation for each other’s work, rather than on jumping on the “critiquing bandwagon”.
